BPD responds to traffic collision on N. Lovekin: Collision 'not due to intoxication or any other crime'

“The driver of the vehicle, which was on its side, was able to climb out of the vehicle before police arrived,” stated the responding Blythe Police Department (BPD) on Aug. 4 of the July 28 traffic collision.

An afternoon traffic collision near the West Chanslor Way and North Lovekin Boulevard intersection on July 28 left one vehicle overturned in the middle of the street.

“On Thursday, July 28(,) at about 2:54 (p.m.), Blythe Police officers responded to the 400 block of N. Lovekin Blvd. for a report of a traffic collision which caused one of the vehicles to be on its side,” stated the Blythe Police Department (BPD) on Aug. 4. “Officers found the two vehicles involved, one of which was a parked vehicle, and the other, which was in the street tipped completely on to its driver’s side, as reported. Each vehicle was occupied only by its driver.”
