The Palo Verde Valley District Library (PVVDL) has announced the return of the Storytime program for area youth.

From Sept. 8-May 4, 2022, the PVVDL will be hosting Storytime for kids every Wednesday starting at 10 a.m. – each session running approximately 30 minutes, with a target audience of ages 2-5.

As previously reported, the PVVDL has been one of various sectors of the area impacted over the last year by the COVID climate.

The youth reading program is a welcome return following the public health and safety mandates affecting PVVDL-based learning opportunities for kids.

With Storytime’s return, PVVDL leadership is looking for fresh groups of preschool-aged kids to highlight the interactive joy of reading and enjoy stories with while developing early literacy skills.

For further information, questions or inquiries, PVVDL can be reached via telephone at (760) 922-5371; or drop by the library, located at 125 W. Chanslor Way.
