Sheriffs arrest two in residential burglary: Property recovered, suspects plead not guilty

On July 19, 37-year-old Michael Dwayne Holley and 40-year-old Yancy Deshawn Fulson plead not guilty to alleged felony violations of Penal Code (PC) section 459, burglary; PC section 182(a)(1), conspiracy to commit crime; and (misdemeanor) PC section 466, possession of burglary tools.

At the Riverside County Superior Court felony incustody arraignment, bail was ordered at $135,000 for Holley and $35,000 for Fulson; both were remanded back into custody and had a felony settlement conference scheduled for July 20. 

"On July 13, 2021, at approximately 11:52 (p.m.), Deputies from the Colorado River Station responded to the 8500 block of N. Intake Boulevard in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, regarding a residential burglary," stated the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. "The reporting party had video surveillance of two subjects breaking into a residence. Deputies arrived at the residence and detained Yancy Fulson, age 40, and Michael Holley, age 37, both from Blythe without incident. Both subjects were later arrested and booked into the Blythe Jail for burglary, conspiracy, vandalism, and possession of burglary tools. Fulson was also arrested for violating the terms of his probation."

As noted by the arresting agency, all property was recovered. 

According to jail information, Fulson and Holley's listed date and time of arrest is July 14 at 1:22 a.m.
